A campus card is issued to visiting officials, academics and consultants who require to borrow books from the library, access to buildings or use of an electronic purse.
- Ask the Head of School or their authorised delegate to sign your completed Visitor Application form.
- Take the completed form to the Enquiry Counter, Student Administration (Hackett Hall) with photo ID such as your driver's licence or passport.
- You will have your picture taken, your new card will be issued to you immediately, and will be operational the next UWA working day.
- Building access is activated upon personal application to a school's administration officer.
