Lost or stolen campus cards should be reported missing online as soon as possible.

Your missing card may have been found and returned to Student Administration. If so it will appear on the list of recovered cards, so consult this list first. If your card is on the list you can collect it from Student Administration at Student Central (near the Oak Lawn and Guild Village).

Report lost or stolen cards

If you find your card after reporting it missing and have not replaced it, it can be unlocked by contacting the Security Office.

Obtaining a replacement card

If your missing card cannot be recovered, you can obtain a replacement card from Student Administration at Student Central (near the Oak Lawn and Guild Village).

  • students $15 (excluding GST)
  • staff $16.50 (including GST).

If you have studied or completed a degree at UWA more than 2 years ago and are commencing a new course then you may be eligible for a new card free of charge. Please come in and speak to our team at Student Administration to discuss further.


Please note: Once a campus card has been replaced, the old campus card cannot be re-activated.
