Lost or stolen campus cards should be reported as soon as possible.
Your lost card may appear on a list of recovered cards, so consult this list before taking further action. If your card is on the list you can collect it from the specified location.
Report lost or stolen cards
Your card will be immediately disabled for building access and electronic purse funds will be locked from unauthorised use.
If you find your campus card and have not replaced it, it can be unlocked by contacting the Security Office and the Library.
Outside office hours
If you lose your card outside office hours and cannot report the loss online, you can make an interim report to the Security Office by phoning 6488 3020.
To block your library borrowing record from unauthorised use, phone the Library the next working day on 6488 1777.
Obtaining a new card
Once you have reported your campus card as lost or stolen, you can obtain a new card from the Enquiry Counter, Student Administration (Hackett Hall).
- students $15 (excluding GST)
- staff $16.50 (including GST).
Please note: Once a campus card has been replaced, the old campus card cannot be re-activated.
